SCHOC is dedicated to providing a voice for all Stafford County residents. Whether you
own your own home or you rent, we believe your voice should be heard and your concerns converted into the appropriate
actions. Our County continues to grow at a rapid pace. Our elected officials and County Administrators often
spend countless hours sorting through information and holding meetings. Our desire is to consolidate and help prioritize
the critical few priorities within our great County
Additionally this coalition will foster volunteerism throughout
Stafford County to get more citizens involved in local issues that directly impact them. Newsletters and newspaper ads
informing citizens of actions or activities that may or may not impact them would occur. This coalition would is also
going to foster synergy between those communities that have an HOA and those that do not. This would allow an equal
voice of concern to be heard loud and clear for local politicians to realize the number of citizens that may or may not have
a concern about a topic or subject matter.
It is not the desire of this coalition to replace any existing
HOA or to act as an individual HOA for any particular community. The goal here is to develop an organized way for all Stafford
County residents to share ideas, thoughts, opinions, concerns, goals and foster solution oriented communication that will
enable all of us to enjoy our County while promulgating for all residents.
