SCHOC is dedicated to providing information to all Stafford County residents. Whether you own your own home or rent you are entitled to have a voice, to be heard and to be shielded from personal attacks because you have your own opinion.

The mission of SCHOC is to provide those who live in Stafford County and have a vested interest within our county a place to go where they can find out the truth as to why certain situations exist. Additionally SCHOC is dedicated to providing alternative solution's to complex and not so complex issues facing our County. While not everyone will always agree most issues can be resolved if the correct research and fact finding takes place. There is no room for people with Agendas within this organization.
